Today, I have finally decided to share what I have been working on lately: digital monograms! Graphic design has been a passion of mine for the past year, and because I love anything monogrammed, I decided to make my own iPhone wallpapers.
On Lilly Pulitzer's blog, The Juice Stand, there is a feature called "A Print Worth Celebrating" in which she releases a new print for digital utilization every now and then. With my knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, I was able to draw and edit my own monogram (and my best friend, Lauren's, too!). I layered and colored these monograms onto Lilly prints using Photoshop and voila!
If you aren't able to do this, you can use an app called "3 Initials" which is what I used to make these next two. It isn't as versatile, but it sure is cute!

Yesterday, I went to the Lilly Pulitzer Surprise Party with my friend Lauren! We had a blast shopping around the store together, and there were some great sales! We had our names entered in the mystery raffle and enjoyed yummy snacks. Neither of us won the raffle in which the winner would get to select one free gift from a tower of wrapped boxes, but we still had a blast!
I bought this super cute ceramic travel mug in my favorite print, Lucky Charms, and it matches my iPhone 5 case!
Hello everyone! And happy Spring! It's been warming up dramatically where I live and it has made my regularly fast paced life even faster! With spring sports, college visits, and new fashion trends to keep up with, I have been quite the busy body!
As I mentioned, along with everything else I have going on, my favorite part of spring is the preppy style that emerges and makes everyone look so bright and happy! I, myself, have been quite the prepster lately, and here are a few of my recent OOTD's! I am, as always, pleased to keep everyone filled in! I have been working on some splendid DIY's lately and cannot wait for a summer full of preppy fashion, boating, projects, reading, and blogging!
