Here are some photographs from Celtic Fests in the past, past St. Patrick’s days, some recipes of my favorite authentic cuisine, and some tunes to move you along today. Enjoy!
It has now officially been two weeks since St. Patrick’s day, but guess what? I’m still celebrating. My family is very Irish and we celebrate our Celtic heritage all year around, but especially in September and March. It is obvious why we celebrate all of March, but why in September? We also celebrate in September because my family is from Eastern Pennsylvania of course! Every year, the town of Bethlehem throws an annual Celtic Festival celebrating the culture through live music, hot food, and rows on rows of booths selling everything from Celtic knot jewelry, to kilts, to airbrushed tattoos. Here are some photographs from Celtic Fests in the past, past St. Patrick’s days, some recipes of my favorite authentic cuisine, and some tunes to move you along today. Enjoy!
