over last weekend i told a friend that i had some cool sunglasses that she could have. i felt bad giving her an old worn pair of plain, heart-shaped sunglasses so i decided to spruce them up a bit first. materials i used: heart-shaped sunglasses, lots of glitter & sparkles, a thin sponge paint brush, adhesive, a paper plate [not shown], a credit card [not shown] first, i grabbed the paper plate and happily poured as much glitter as my heart desired onto the surface. next, i used that back end of the paint brush to stir the glitter all together. then, i used the card to file all of the sparkles into one line. okay, now you're ready to paint the adhesive smoothly onto the side of the glASSES [i would avoid glittering the frames because i would not want to ruin the lenses, but it's up to you!]. begin to dip your glasses into the glitter! [feel free to go crazy!] after you apply sparkles to both sides, you're done! this diy is so simple and minimally messy. you now have a pair of super-stylish, totally original shades to rock!

When they came in, besides how awesome they looked, the first thing that I noticed was the quality. The frame was extremely sturdy, and you could tell that nothing was cheap about them, except the price!
